Is the homeowner responsible for changing the bulb hard?
I moved to this apartment 4 months ago (changed 4 bulbs and me). Without But the kitchen, light bulbs are circular and attatched to the wires. I told my landlord and told me to get my husband to do so. So I bought a new one, and during the change, the old exploded. I tried a new bulb attatched to cables, but still seems to work when I tried to turn it on. Is it the responsibility of owner to change this type of bulb?
This sounds like the installation is poor and it is the responsibility of the owners. If there is defective and is designed unusual, then it is reasonable for the owner to demonstrate the technique in changing the lamp. You have the right to light and a reasonable response by the landlord, but must act reasonably and firmly. You should not carry out the wiring fixed, since this is the responsibility of the owners.
