Chocolate Flavors

Chocolate is something to suit every occasion and can be gifted to anyone. The smell of that chocolate is irresistible. I tried to bring A list of common chocolates that people often eat.

Milk chocolate

Milk chocolate has a creamy, sweet and smooth taste. They are a combination sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin, vanilla, corn syrup, sugar and salt. Milk chocolate is used especially in dessert sauces, fondue, dipping chocolate coatings and dressings. These chocolates contain milk solids and consumed chocolates in the world.

White chocolate

White chocolate is different from the chocolate flavors. It is made from sugar, cocoa butter, milk solids powder and vanilla essence. White cream, white chocolate used for all types of cooking and baking. They are available in bars, blocks, discs, and chips. They have a mild flavor and pleasant.

Dark Chocolate

Semisweet chocolate as the name has indicated a low sugar content. semisweet chocolate pair well with other flavors. They melt easily and thus are used for dipping. You can find chocolates semisweet in different forms, such as chocolate chips, chocolate chips, bars and discos. semisweet chocolates contain around 40-60% cocoa solids. They taste sweet. They are used in the preparation of cakes, cookies and brownies, and may be used interchangeably with sweet black chocolate.

Bittersweet Chocolate

Bittersweet chocolate have little or no amount of sugar. These chocolates are also known as baking or cooking chocolate. Mild contain sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla and lecithin. The amount of solids of cocoa bittersweet chocolate ranges from 60% to 85%. Is to find a recipe that uses dark chocolate, then you should not superimpose with semi-sweet or sweet chocolate. These chocolates have a richer flavor and are used for preparing cakes or other desserts steamed.

Unsweetened Chocolate
