Punch Oval

I am considering the Lap Band surgery to lose weight. This is the procedure of sentence, and will maintain weight?
I am a woman of 28 years Hispanic whites. In 1999 I had a flat stomach and an oval-shaped navel inside. I have no children. In 2000 I started college, while holding two posts work. To cope with the daily rigors emotional I started eating six meals a day for filling. In 2004 came despite 340 pounds and have a big belly. Today if I try to eat less than six meals a day (ie three meals) that are experiencing severe cramps and bad moods, so you should eat six meals a day. In April I crossed the threshold of 400 pounds and my belly looked. My friends like to puncture the stomach to see that move. Others like me to squeeze out so now the tape down. Recently I went to the beach and blushed. Everyone watched as the tape fell! I decided to get rid of my big flabby belly. I also want my belly to back betton to an innie. I am going to take a strict regimen of diet and exercise, but first I have to get Lap Band surgery, gastric bypass. How effective is the procedure?
It is dangerous and is only effective if you follow what the documents say. Stick with exercise and diet.
